How long does an average delivery take?

Why haven't I received a confirmation message?

You may not have received it for any of a few reasons:

How to return or exchange your order?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items with sufficient postage to the following address:

Please ensure you enclose the completed return note with your parcel, so we can realize the best service for you. Once returned you will be entitled to receive the refund to your original payment method.
Good news: If you would like to exchange your new favourite items, please place a new order in our shop. Please send us an email with your order number to avoid paying the shipping costs twice.

Free Returns?

If you paid your order via PayPal, you may be able to refund the cost of your return. Please inform yourself under this link directly on the PayPal page.

What size should I order?

We would never recommend which size to purchase, since every person has an individual body shape and personal preferences regarding fit and feel. Generally our clothing is regular fit and available in the sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL. Our clothes are ready for action, comfortable, and as unique as the people who wear it. Check our size chart to help with your decision.

What to do, if my size is not available anymore?

In the event, that your size is not available anymore, please contact us directly via email We will try to find a suitable solution to your request. Soon there will be an “in-stock” reminder available on our site. Please enter your email address in the appropriate box underneath every item. We will send you a message with a confirmation link to your email address. In order to complete the process, please click the confirmation link. After that you will be informed once your product is in-stock again.

Where can I find your size chart?

To avoid any kind of disappointment, we strongly advise you to check and compare our size data with your favorite T-Shirt or Sweater. This will make your order a success and you will get your new favourite piece from OS hassle-free. Every human body is unique, so please check our size chart to help with your decision.
